Montreal’s Toon Boom Animation is adding two new software offerings for animators.
Toon Boom Animate Pro, a step up from its previous incarnation, builds on the original’s feature set, delivering 2-D and 3-D integration, in addition to scanning options and full compositing capabilities with 50 built-in special effects.
Toon Boom Manager offers full tracking capabilities to monitor the production progress in real time. The two are part of the new modularized Harmony Solution, which creates traditional, paperless and cut-out animation and includes consultancy services for implementation, custom training, production assistance and custom development.
