Dana Point, California-based Gator Group has emerged on the licensing scene as a new indie agency with a worldwide rep deal for Paul Frank Industries in tow.

The full-service agency, specializing in licensing, product design and development, direct manufacturing and marketing strategy and planning, brings together several execs from marketing services agency Creata and seeks to rep entertainment brands, as well as lifestyle and corporate.

Gator Group, headed up by founder and CEO Geoff Rosenhain, has also launched Tales 4 Tomorrow, a socially responsible toy line created with Conservation International. The company also has offices in L.A., Paris and Hong Kong.
