Chapman Entertainment is set to regain control over the balance of licensing rights for its Fifi and the Flowertots IP when the partnership agreement with Target Entertainment Group expires in May.

All licensing rights for Fifi and the Flowertots are reverting back to the propery’s creator Chapman, although Target will retain the international TV distribution rights for the stop-motion preschool series of the same name.

Since the launch of the series in 2005, Target has inked more than 50 licensing deals in the UK and has sold the series to broadcasters in more than 162 territories.
