People moves: Porchlight names new VP of children’s programming

L.A.-based Porchlight Entertainment has tapped Shea Fontana as its new VP of children's programming.

L.A.-based Porchlight Entertainment has tapped Shea Fontana as its new VP of children’s programming.

In her new position, the former manager of the division will be responsible for development, production and acquisition of all genres of children’s programming for the prodco and distributor.

Fontana joined PorchLight in 2006 and has worked on its slate of animated programming including The Secret Saturdays for Cartoon Network, Animalia for PBS and BBC and Tutentstein for Discovery Kids.
