Majesco launches aspirational DS vidgames

Looking to give kids a fun taste of what it’s like to have a heroic job, Edison, New Jersey-based Majesco Entertainment has launched the My Hero series of aspirational video games.

The adventure simulation Nintendo DS games (SRP US$19.99) let young players step into cool jobs to complete a number of missions that relate to the profession. My Hero: Astronaut and My Hero: Firefighter are slated for an August launch, followed by My Hero: Doctor in December.
