Nickelodeon UK has been scoring top ratings with iCarly, with more than five million viewers tuning in to the show between January and April, making it the channel’s top show.

Meanwhile, consumer products are set for their UK retail debuts later this fall and holiday season, with Activision launching vidgames for Nintendo Wii and PS2 and master toy licensee Vivid Imaginations (with Playmates) readying toys and tween electronics with figures, play sets and roleplay items, supported by TV ads starting in October.

This summer, Alligator Books will launch activity books, International Greetings will debut a stationery range and Pyramid Posters is launching posters and badges. Other licensees on board include Martin Yaffe for wheeled toys and Trade Mark Collections for fashion backpacks and bags. Wrappz also launched a range of skins for laptops, PCs and iPods this past May.
