As the newest prodco on the block, Australian-Canadian upstart Chocolate Liberation Front is getting set to make a name for itself in the kids entertainment industry.

The newly formed indie prodco is comprised of both Australian and Canadian producers who’ll create and produce multiplatform projects for the international market. It’s headed by Dan Fill, former ABC Australia head of multiplatform and VP of interactive for Decode Entertainment, Aussie Frank Verheggen, ex-executive producer of Kids Online for ABC, and internet guru Shawn Bailey from Canuck pubcaster CBC.

CLF, is based in both Melbourne and Toronto and will be honing its skills on creatingconcepts for TV, film, online, publishing and other emerging platforms, focusing on original entertainment IP development, co-pros and optioning of third-party projects for international markets, service production and strategic consulting for media companies that want to take on a multiplatform approach.
