Top-Toy acquires toy wholesale distributor K.E. Mathiasen

Northern Europe toy retailer Top-Toy, which also operates Nordic Toys 'R' Us outlets and the BR Toys chain in Germany and Nordic regions is set to acquire K.E. Mathiasen on July 1.
