Recognition in the children’s TV arena continues as Little Airplane Productions’ 3rd & Bird snapped up the Magnolia for Foreign Animation Golden Award at the 15th Shanghai Television Festival, a prize that focuses on international TV productions.
Pocoyo and the Space Circus from Spain-based prodco Zinkia came in just behind Little Airplane, winning a Magnolia in the Foreign Animation Silver Award category.
Meanwhile, at yesterday’s Broadcast Digital Awards in London, the CBBC came away with the honour for Best Children’s Channel of the Year.
