Iceland-based LazyTown has tapped Stella Projects to take care of the licensing and merchandising rights to the healthy-living IP in Australia.

The deal is an expansion of Lazytown’s previous relationship with the agent, where Stella looked after program sales to ABC TV and Nickelodeon, DVD, CD (Roadshow), book (The Five Mile Press) and live event licensing (Andrew Kaye and Associates). Stella is now looking after all existing and future licensing and merch arrangements in Australia for the brand.

As part of the agreement, LazyTown and Stella Projects together are appointing a dedicated LazyTown executive to manage the property in the territory and co-ordinate New Zealand activities with the NZ licensing agent, Global Licensing.
