Heading down the half-pipe with Rob Drydek’s Wild Grinders, Moonscoop is tapping into the skateboarding world for its next entertainment and consumer products property.

Moonscoop has inked a global licensing and production deal with the reality TV star and skateboarding icon Drydek for his Wild Grinders toy line and brand. The agreement will see Moonscoop co-creating and producing a series of multi-platform animated shorts and viral videos, as well as an interactive online destination as the run up to a TV series, currently in pre-production.

The Wild Grinders brand encompasses fun and humor and incorporates skateboarding culture. The action figures launched at Walmart this year, and Moonscoop and Dyrdek are developing plans to grow the brand across online, mobile and TV/video platforms, as well as with appearances on future episodes of Rob Dyrdek’s Fantasy Factory on MTV.
