Expanding its apparel program for Olivia and Mr. Men and Little Miss, Chorion has brought on a number of new State-side licensees.
H.I.S. International Group, in conjunction with Bentex Group, is now on-board as the lead apparel licensee for preschool property Olivia, rolling out a range of girls’ sets and dresses. Berkshire Fashions will create kids umbrellas, rain slickers, headwear and cold weather accessories, and Accessory Innovations is making totes, bags, backpacks and rolling luggage. Product will hit retail in spring 2010 and lead-up to back-to-school 2010, when Spin Master’s toy range will also debut on-shelf. In the meantime, Junk Food has a range of Olivia girls t-shirts based on Ian Falconer’s picture books launching at retail this fall.
As for Mr. Men and Little Miss, MAG Brands will be producing sportswear for adults, juniors, boys and girls, while H.I.S. International Group will add girls sets and dresses to its line. Accessories, from backpacks, totes, luggage and lunch kits, will be handled by Silver Goose, which is also producing infant apparel and gift sets available at Target, mid-tier, department, specialty and boutique stores.
