Disney Consumer Products has teamed up with Toys ‘R’ Us to support the Children Affected by AIDS Foundation this Halloween and help raise awareness of the charity.
The pair has kicked off its charity costume program with a US$50,000 joint donation and the debut this month of an expanded line of 25 costumes from Jakks Pacific’s Disguise, based on popular Disney characters. It’s double the offering from the previous year, with each costume featuring a CAAF hangtag.
Store signage will also help customers find the product nationwide, as well as on www.toysrus.com/exclusivecostumes. The CAAF is featuring these costumes in a series of print and broadcast PSAs to promote the org’s Dream Halloween events.
