The current ringleader of YA supernatural fiction has sold upwards of 53 million copies worldwide, inspired four feature films and spawned a plethora of literary knock-offs. And looking at the new crop of romantic supernatural thrillers cluttering the shelves, Hollywood studios (and possibly TV producers) won't be running out of adaptable material in the next few years.
