Kidz Bop is hoping to get young users to design and create user generated video contests with the introduction of the Super Contest Maker.
It’s the web’s first kid-created online contest app, allowing users to make their own contest rules, monitor voting and entry process, pick winners and award virtual prizes. Developed in response to have increased contest functionality on www.kidzbop.com, the company is kicking off the new app with a video dance contest created by one of the new KB performers Dana.
Super Contest Maker contests are displayed on kids’ personal MyChannel pages, as well as on the site’s Contest section.
