Looking to increase Pucca’s worldwide footprint, Warner Bros. Consumer Products has expanded its partnership with South Korea’s Vooz to include the EMEA.

Already owning the right in North America, Brazil and Mexico, WBCP is aiming to develop Pucca in new markets, product categories and retail channels.

Meanwhile, Scooby-Doo has teamed up with Cesar Millan, a.k.a. The Dog Whisperer, to find the next superstar in the National Spokesdog Competition. The educational campaign focuses on the importance of spaying and neutering dogs and adopting homeless creatures from shelters.

Scooby, along with The Biggest Loser star Jillian Michaels, will be the judges in an online photo contest at www.nationalspokesdog.org, where the grand prize winning spokesdog will star with Cesar in the Millan Foundation’s 2010 Public Service Announcement education campaign.
