In line with the National Football League’s efforts to reach a younger audience, a new contest, in partnership with Cartoon Network, will give one lucky kid the chance to be on the field for Super Bowl XLIV taking place in Miami, Florida on February 7, 2010.
Fans between the ages of six and 13 can enter the NFL PLAY 60 Super Bowl Contest online at NFLRUSH.com through December 9, 2009. To be eligible each entrant must pledge to be active for 60 minutes a day and answer two questions about the importance of health and fitness.
The winner will be selected by a panel of NFL players and the grand prize includes a trip for four to the Super Bowl and accommodations for seven days. The winner will also get the chance to hand the game ball to the an official on the field in front of 72,000 fans and an estimated billion people on TV.
As the exclusive promotional partner, Cartoon Network will air a special profile of the winner and promote the contest across of CN’s platforms.
