London’s Chapman Entertainment has named Vivid Imaginations as the new master toy licensee for its latest preschool brand Little Charley Bear.

The five-year contract will see Vivid Imaginations develop a range of preschool toys that will reflect the IP’s core values of discovery, adventure and imagination.

The products range should include plush, playsets, role play, arts & crafts and puzzles & games with a broad range of price points for distribution in the UK, France, Benelux and Germany. The company also has global manufacturing rights, excluding the US. Products are expected to be on the shelf in the UK in the Fall/Winter 2011.

Currently Vivid Imaginations also holds the master toy license to two other Chapman’s Entertainment preschool properties, Fifi and the Flowertots and Roary the Racing Car.
