Hidden Hills, California-based Al Ovadia & Associates has taken on the rights to rep Olympic and Dancing with the Stars champ Shawn Johnson.
The 17-year-old Johnson is 2008 Summer Olympics gold medalist and is also the youngest winner of the ABC TV reality series. Ovadia will work to bring Johnson’s passion for sports and competition to a range of products targeted to teens and young women, and he’s also brought on Encino, California’s The Grove Group to work on all aspects of the merch effort.
