Putting his licensing expertise to good use at Scholastic Media is Chris Ursin, who joins the team as director of consumer products.
Ursin’s new remit will include selling licenses, promos and sponsorships for the portfolio of SM brands including Clifford, WordGirl and The 39 Clues. Ursin comes from Warner Music Group, where he served as VP of brand licensing for the Brand Asset Group, and also previously served as director of licensing for Marvel Entertainment, managing the L&M programs for some of its popular film franchises.
