American Greetings Properties (AGP) has hired Modena, Italy-based Starbright SRL as its licensing agent in Italy to represent Care Bears and new property Twisted Whiskers.
Since Care Bears’ 2002 relaunch, the brand has generated more than US$2.6 billion in global retail sales. Pet-centric IP Twisted Whiskers, which launched in 2001 as a line of greeting cards, has proven to be one of the fastest-selling social expressions lines ever developed by American Greetings.
