India-based prodco and distribution company DQ Entertainment has inked a co-pro deal with UK-based The Hive Enterprises.
The resulting series The Hive will be produced as a 78 x seven-minute format with a budget of approximately US$7 million. The series will be developed in 3-D CGI and is scheduled to commence production in the next few months.
A broadcast deal is expected to be announced soon as well.
