L.A.-based MarVista Entertainment has inked a home entertainment distribution deal with Gaiam Entertainment for three movies, Before You Say I Do, Chatterbox and Cop Dog.
This is the first deal signed between the two companies, which will cover the US home entertainment market. The movies are slated for release this spring and summer.
Before You Say I Do is a time-twisting romantic comedy about a woman who can’t bring herself to marry again after her first husband broke her heart, while teen movie Chatterbox, revolves around Chelsea Ryan, a middle school student who is attractive and bright but suffers typical teen insecurities.
Family movie Cop Dog, meanwhile, stars a pooch with a nose for crime-solving that helps his young master find out what happened to his dad, who was killed on police duty.
