UK-based licensed character confectionery company Bon Bon Buddies has acquired the assets and intellectual property of Kshocolât, which includes the Hot Choc brand.

Kshocolât products, which include a range of boxed chocolates, chocolate bars and drinking chocolate, sell in retailers across the UK, including John Lewis, Harvey Nicholls, House of Fraser and Waitrose, and in more than 20 export markets.

Bon Bon Buddies will add the Kshocolât range to its portfolio, which also includes the recently acquired TeePee Creative that features a range of character licensed surprise bags, cones, surprise eggs and plush toys with confectionery.

In light of these recent acquisitions, Bon Bon Buddies will also be launching a new everyday range at all UK and European customers. The range houses approximately 45 products with Twilight, Hello Kitty, Disney Princess, Fairies, Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Cars, Toy Story, Littlest Pet Shop, Spiderman and Spongebob licensed products in the mix.
