Spin Master sues Crayola over Liv trademark

Toronto, Canada-based toy company Spin Master has filed a trademark infringement lawsuit in the US District Court for the Central District of California against crayon maker Crayola and its IP holding company, Crayola Properties, claiming Crayola is unlawfully infringing on Spin Master's popular Liv trademark.
