London, England-based Cake Entertainment is restructuring its senior team, with Ed Galton named CCO and MD.
Galton has now entered into ownership of the company alongside Tom van Waveren, CEO and creative director. The news follows co-founder Genevieve Dexter’s sale of her majority share in the company to van Waveren earlier this month.
Galton will manage the day-to-day business operations as well as head up Cake’s distribution arm. Van Waveren will continue to scout for new content, set up new partnerships and oversee the production of shows.
