HarperCollins Children’s Books has acquired global rights – including film, TV and merchandising – for Siân Pattenden’s The Peppers, a new series for tween readers.
The first book in the series, published in February 2012, introduces the Pepper twins, Esme and Monty, who are spending their summer holiday with their bumbling Uncle Snapely. The twins resort to using their wits to save their uncle’s farm from foreclosure.
