In realigning its focus on the partworks industry, Nickelodeon Consumer Products (NCP) has forged a three-year global partnership that will grant London, UK-based Eaglemoss Publishing Group the first option on all Nickelodeon properties with the goal to develop partworks and press collections worldwide (excluding the US).
The partnership covers more than 35 Nickelodeon properties from preschool series such as Dora the Explorer to tween-targeted live-action titles like iCarly and will see the development of a minimum of four new products per year, of which two will be traditional partworks to take to test. The first product, the Dora the Explorer Little Cooks Collection, is currently testing in the UK. The cooking and picnic collectible set includes silicon bakeware and a Dora the Explorer plate and cutlery set while the accompanying magazine contains stories, activities and challenges, as well as recipes.
Distribution of the products will be via kiosks and newsagents.
