People Moves: Tuner Broadcasting Arabic appoints commercial director

Turner Broadcasting Systems Arabic (TBS) has appointed Tarek Mounir as commercial director to lead all commercial activities for TBS Arabic in the region, including the newly launched Cartoon Network Arabic.
