HarperCollins Children’s Books UK has acquired the global rights to a new animal adventure book by author Lynne Reid Banks and illustrator Tony Ross.
Bad Cat, Good Cat is scheduled for publication in July 2011 and reunites the author and illustrator duo, who previously worked together on the Harry the Poisonous Centipede trilogy. The new book will feature a pair of cats, Turk and Peony.
Banks has written more than forty books for both children and adults, including The Indian in the Cupboard and The L‐Shaped Room.
