Mattel has added to its collection of game brands by acquiring the license for the exclusive worldwide rights to both rummy-style card game Phase 10 from Fundex Games and party game iMAGiNiff from Blue Opal Australia.

Based on a variant of rummy known as Liverpool Rummy, the Phase 10 card game has sold tens-of-millions of units since its introduction at retail more than two decades ago. The Phase 10 game portfolio also currently includes the Phase 10 Dice Game and the Phase 10 Twist Game.

iMAGiNiff, a party game that allows players to share opinions about each other, will reside alongside other games targeted to adults.
