Robin Agranoff has been upped to VP of programming at Disney Channel, where she will continue to be responsible for managing programming planning and scheduling for Disney Channel, its learning-focused block for preschoolers, Playhouse Disney (soon to be rebranded Disney Junior) and ABC Kids.
Agranoff has worked at Disney since 2005, coming on board as director of programming planning and acquisitions for Disney Channel, Playhouse Disney and ABC Kids and in 2007 moving to executive director, programming planning, scheduling and acquisitions.
Prior to her tenure at Disney, she was director of programming and operations for Discovery Kids, overseeing the programming block on NBC, TLC and the Discovery Kids Channel.
