Italy’s Mondo TV has tapped Chicago-based Showplace Television Syndication as the US distributor for its slate of original kids’ animated series.

Showplace will launch Mondo productions such asAngel’s Friends, Puppy in My Pocket and Sci-Fi animated series Virus Attack at the upcoming NATPE 2011 content market in Miami.
