Canadian indie production house Skywriter Media & Entertainment is set to debut its new live-action series On the Run at next month’s MIP-TV in Cannes, France.
The 26 x half-hour tween series follows a brother and sister as they journey to uncover the mystery behind their parents’ sudden disappearance. Skywriter’s Kevin Gillis, Margery Walshaw and Simon Walshaw will executive produce the series.
On the Run is based on Gordon Korman’s internationally bestselling series of the same name.
