California-based Pandoodle Corporation, which specializes in personalized animation software, is inviting the animation community to create content for its WishStix app, a voice-recorded e-greeting for the iPhone, iPad, Android devices and Facebook.

Contestants must submit original content that’s roughly one-minute in length. Pandoodle will provide the personalization technology for the winning submission and will launch the app across multiple platforms, including iPhone, iPad and Android devices and Facebook. The creator of the animation will retain ownership rights and shares in any profits that Pandoodle generates based upon their animation, plus a grand prize of US$5,000.

The contest judges, who make up a cross-section of the animation and entertainment industry, include animator and producer Phil Roman, Gnomeo and Juliet producer Bob Bacon, Rainn Wilson of NBC’s The Office and Jan Nagel, co-President of Women In Animation International

The deadline for submissions is April 30. Please visit http://pandoodle.com/wishstix.php for additional contest details.
