Boutique animation producer Wizard Hat Productions, recently launched by Pam Slavin, Toni Stevens and Bill Fox, has its next TV show on the drawing board: the preschool cartoon Chicken, Pig, Cow based on the kids' book series by author Ruth Ohi.
