FremantleMedia Enterprises (FME), the consumer products arm of global production company FremantleMedia, has appointed Kate Schlomann to the position of EVP brand management and marketing.

The newly created post is based in London and Schloman will report directly to  Global CEO David Ellender.

The expansion of FME into new areas of IP development, including the development of the Children’s & Family Entertainment division in 2009, necessitated the move.  FME’s portfolio includes franchises such as The X Factor, Idols and Got Talent, Neighbours, Grand Designs, The Price is Right and The IT Crowd.
