On the heels of recent broadcast deals with Disney in Australia, New Zealand, Italy and Germany, guru Studio is extending its Justin Time brand to new interactive platforms.
In doing so, Toronto-based guru has partnered with fellow Canuck zinc Roe design to create online and mobile games based on the children’s series.
The new Squidigy app, for one, is already available on the App Store and allows children to squash, stretch and bounce the character from the show. Another new app will let children take photos of themselves with their favorite Justin Time characters in different outfits and poses. Another branded app is in the works for the iPhone and iPad.
The first new web-based games, meanwhile, launched on the French-language www.DisneyJunior.ca last week. More games will be added in the coming months and the games for the English-language website will roll out next year.
Justin Time the series is now in production on a second season and is set for delivery next fall.
