Sesame Workshop has promoted Dr. Jennifer Kotler Clarke to VP of domestic research, where she will research and create logic models in order to maximize the impact of the company’s educational content in the US. Clarke also oversees research design, methodology, assessment and data analysis.
Clarke formerly served as assistant VP of domestic research. Before Sesame, she worked on an evaluation of a school-based violence prevention program at the National Center for Children in Poverty at Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health. Her contributions to this field of research have been published in books and journals including Televizion, the Journal of Applied Developmental Psychology, and Television and the American Family.
