India’s DQ Entertainment is the latest co-production partner to join the new cross-media series Escape Hockey, joining producers Imira, Enne Entertainment Studios and Spanish broadcasters RTVE.

Aimed at kids ages six to 12 and created by Enne Entertainment, Escape Hockey (26 x 26 minutes) will be produced as a watch-and-play series that combines animation with video games that are integrated into each chapter. This format, developed and registered by ENNE, will be available on all internet-connected devices and broadcasters will be able to engage with audiences via content available on their online platforms.
The interactive series tells the story of Dan, who is abducted along with his friends to the planet Plutonium. The only way for him to go back home is to win the great Escape Hockey Tournament, the biggest sporting event in the galaxy.

Imira is handling worldwide sales for the series and will be showcasing it at next month’s MIPCOM.
