The kids and family entertainment division of FremantleMedia Enterprise (FME) is poised to grow its portfolio through joining forces with boutique creative firm Animation Collective to develop new content for the children’s and teen market.

As part of the deal, FME has also acquired the worldwide sales and distribution rights across both traditional and emerging distribution platforms to the Animation Collective library, which includes titles such as Dancing Sushi, Ellen’s Acres, Kappa Mikey, Three Delivery and the live-action series Thumb Wrestling Federation: TWF (pictured).

On top of the Animation Collective library, FME is bringing a solid portfolio of new kids series to MIPCOM that includes Tree Fu Tom, Monsuno, My Babysitter’s a Vampire, Really Me, Strange Hill High, and The Aquabats Super Show. The company has also acquired the global format, distribution and licensing rights to the preschool series Bookaboo from Happy Films.
