Imperial Toy signs Lalaloopsy licensing deal

California-based toy manufacturer Imperial Toy has struck a licensing agreement with licensor MGA Entertainment to produce consumer products based on the Lalaloopsy brand of collectable rag dolls for girls ages four to six.
