Best known for her role as a correspondent on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, comedic actress and author Samantha Bee will be tickling funny bones at this year’s Kidscreen Awards ceremony taking place at Kidscreen Summit in New York next month.
Bee has been delighting audiences of The Daily Show for more than eight years, and her book of personal essays, I Know I Am, But What Are You? was published in 2011. Bee also has three kids under the age of six with husband and fellow Daily Show cast member Jason Jones, so she should have plenty of relatable fodder for the awards ceremony.
The ceremony takes place at the Hilton NY on Thursday, February 9 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., followed by a cocktail party at the same venue. All registered Kidscreen delegates are welcome to attend.
