Beyblade spins into Times Square

Nelvana Enterprises and Hasbro have partnered to open a boutique toy showcase featuring the boy-skewing Beyblade brand in New York's Toys 'R' Us flagship store in Times Square throughout February.

Nelvana Enterprises and Hasbro have partnered to open a boutique toy showcase featuring the boy-skewing Beyblade brand in New York’s Toys ‘R’ Us flagship store in Times Square throughout February.

Beyblade products at the store will include New York-themed T-shirts from Hybrid, electronics from Jazzwares and DVDs from Vivendi, and Beyblade product demonstrations will also take place in the store.

Beyblade, an anime TV series from Nelvana and d-rights Inc., airs in more than 50 countries including on Cartoon Network in the US. More than 120 million top toys have also been sold worldwide.
