Toronto, Canada's producer and distributor Shaftesbury has scored sales for tween live-action series Baxter (13 x half hours), Connor Undercover (39 x half hours) and Overruled! (39 x half hours), which will air in Latin America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
