Winnipeg, Canada-based Ameba, the multi-platform digital distribution service for kids entertainment, has given subscribers of its Smart Kids TV service the ability to view its content through a web browser on their Apple devices.

Winnipeg, Canada-based Ameba, the multi-platform digital distribution service for kids entertainment, has given subscribers of its Smart Kids TV service the ability to view its content through a web browser on their Apple devices.

The new support for the iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch gives Ameba’s subscribers a new way to vide the thousands of hours of content on the digital distribution service.

The service is currently in more than 1.5 million homes in North America through LG Smart TVs, ROKU set-top boxes, PCs and laptops.
