Copenhagen, Denmark-based brand management company Ink has signed a raft of broadcasting deals for its Russian CG-animated kids comedy series Masha and the Bear.

Copenhagen, Denmark-based brand management company Ink has signed a raft of broadcasting deals for its Russian CG-animated kids comedy series Masha and the Bear.

The series, targeting kids ages three to eight, is set to air in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland, and in the second half of the year will be broadcast in Poland, Hungary, Australia, South Korea, Turkey, Indonesia, Ukraine Italy, the Middle East, France, Switzerland, Benelux and Czech Republic.

Masha and the Bear follows the adventures of a young girl called Masha and a bear who becomes her friend.

The series has also expanded into consumer products (publishing, puzzles, confectionery, home decorations, digital, toys, fashion) with more than 40 licensees signed on including Kinder, Egmont, Orkla and Ferrero across Russia.
