Mattel licenses Mia and Me

Italian producer, distributor and licensor Rainbow and its German partner m4e have named Mattel as a toy partner for their new girl-skewing fantasy series Mia and Me.

Italian producer, distributor and licensor Rainbow and its German partner m4e have named Mattel as a toy partner for their new girl-skewing fantasy series Mia and Me.

The toyco has signed on to produce and distribute a range of toys, figures, plush dolls, collectibles, play sets, role play and novelty items featuring characters from the series.

The 26 x 23-minute hybrid live-action/CGI series is targeted to girsl ages five to 10 and is set to launch across 50 territories around the globe this year.

Mattel joins other major licensees including Panini, Unilever Germany, Belltex, Clementoni and Egmont on the licensing roster.
