The Jungle Book adds to US licensee roster

SMC Entertainment Group has finalized a number of US licensing agreements for boy-skewing series The Jungle Book that is set to debut on Disney XD next Monday.

SMC Entertainment Group has finalized a number of US licensing agreements  for boy-skewing series The Jungle Book that is set to debut on Disney XD  next Monday.

SMC has signed Phase 4 Films as the home entertainment partner; Isaac Morris for master apparel; Komar for children’s sleepwear, Insight Editions for Young Readers Book series, Seasons USA for Halloween costumes; Nanco-Nancy Sales for amusement plush and novelties; Pacific Play Tents for children’s tents; Barnes & Nobles for ebooks; United States Playing Card Company for customized playing cards, and My Idol Pops for figural lollypops.

The licensing agent is looking to build a program that targets boys four to seven and is currently seeking partnerships in a number of categories including toy, publishing, games and puzzles, gaming/interactive, apparel, footwear, accessories, back to school, party good, food and beverage, arts & crafts and home furnishings.
