Jordanian prodco Rubicon Group Holding has purchased the worldwide licensing, merchandising and digital media rights to California-based Morrison Entertainment Group’s (MEG) popular boy-targeting collectible toy brand Monster In My Pocket.

The deal will see Rubicon execute a brand strategy for the property including the development and production of animated content for TV and movie distribution, DVDs, game platforms, apps, and online and social media.

In addition, MEG, which owns other hit In My Pocket properties such as Puppy In My Pocket and Kitty In My Pocket, retains its master toy rights for the IP.
